Airtime is the time spent talking on a wireless network and is billed directly to you from the Mobile Phone Provider. (including 800 numbers)

Access number (in roaming*)
Calls in roaming from Mobile Phones are normally also possible, if roaming service is activated, subject to bilateral agreements between Your Mobile Phone Provider and the Mobile Phone Provider you are connected to, abroad. Verify, in this case, if Your Mobile Phone Provider bills you directly “roaming-costs” for calling toll-free numbers.
